


They just looked at my first/second email and copy pasted a list of suggestions.Hi, everytime when I transfer a character with iClone to Unreal (4.24), Unreal crashes. I emailed them stating "crashes are still occurring extremely frequently after downloading the newest driver" and their response was "We looked at the DxDiag reports you attached (I attached these in the email PRIOR to this one before they told me about the updated driver) and it looks like you need to download the latest driver!" Oh, and I attached a bunch of crash reports to my latest email and all of them were ignored. They asked me to download the new AMD driver that supposedly addressed DOOM issues, which I did (i've been having crashes since day 1 over a month ago), and crashes continued happening afterwards. I've tried interacting with Bethesda support and they've been extremely unhelpful. I've had countless amounts of crashes, plenty have been on Ultra Nightmare which of course ends up forcing me to restart my file. I have an AMD card as well, and from what i've heard from others it seems to be an issue directly related to AMD.
